We never share data with other people for marketing purposes. Very occasionally we might suggest a partner organisation that would better suit your needs (eg a specialist insurer) but we’d never pass on your details without first explaining why we think it’s in your best interests. Furthermore we have processes that prevent us from contacting customers more than necessary and will remove you instantly from our marketing database if that’s your wish. We earn a fee from suppliers for introducing new customers but that’s always included in the prices we quote so - if you decide to go ahead – there’s no charge from us. We standardise these fees across all suppliers so that there’s nothing to gain from recommending one over another. Our transparent approach means that we have nothing to hide and are happy to discuss fees with you at any time.

We have a duty of care to process your new contracts with accountability and keep you informed of their progress during the transfer and at renewal. However if we make a mistake that results in higher bills, we have an easy to use compensation scheme to swiftly settle any difference.
