Phoenix Hair + Body in Milton Keynes provides a high standard of
hairdressing in a "West End" environment. It is the latest venture
of Mark & Sue Perry who established their new business in April
2009, bang in the middle of the worst recession in living memory,
making cost cutting just as important to them as hair cutting.
Whilst Sue is in charge of the day-to-day running of the salon,
Mark's role is managing the business side with control over the
finances and marketing, in the past 12 months Mark has changed
accountants, internet provider, credit/debit card supplier,
business insurance, gas
& electricity suppliers.

search, a phone call or two, confirmation e-mails and the job was
done. Then I noticed that we could also review business insurance
through the site as well, and the process from estimate to
initiation was very simple too. The other changes we have made were
a little more difficult as they relied on web searches, personal
recommendations, industry organisations, quote requests, comparing
and - ultimately - accepting. Having said that, all of the savings
we made have been surprising and worthwhile, proving the value of
shopping around!"
